We recognize that many project owners, initiators, and developers face technical, financial, operational, and organizational challenges during the development of their projects. Some of these challenges may be addressed through professional guidance, shared experience, practical recommendations, and a better understanding of available solutions.
With this understanding, we voluntarily share our professional knowledge, experience, and judgment to help others identify challenges, evaluate alternatives, develop practical solutions, and understand the steps necessary to implement them.
Our intention is simple: to contribute what we know and share what we have learned, wherever our experience may be useful to others.

Our objective is not to take over the project or undertake its implementation, but to help others understand what needs to be done, why it is necessary, and how they may proceed independently.

Responsibilities and Practical Considerations
Every project initiative involves responsibilities, decisions, resources, and consequences.
While NIG/FS-EC voluntarily provides professional consultation and guidance based on our knowledge, experience, and available capabilities, the responsibility for implementing any recommended solutions remains with the respective project owner or initiator.
Any additional resources, expenditures, third-party professional services, specialist expertise, surveys, testing, equipment, mobilization, regulatory requirements, or other activities necessary to implement the recommended solutions remain the responsibility of the relevant project owner or initiator.
Our contribution is intended to help identify and explain possible solutions, not to assume the financial, contractual, or operational obligations associated with implementing them.
We also recognize that every project has its own circumstances, limitations, and uncertainties. Our recommendations are therefore based on the information available, sound professional judgment, and the expertise we can reasonably contribute.
Our purpose is to help others make informed decisions, not to guarantee project feasibility, financing, or implementation outcomes.
A Contribution Without Expecting Anything in Return
We voluntarily share our professional knowledge, experience, and advice without expecting any compensation, personal benefit, commercial opportunity, or anything else in return.
Our voluntary contribution focuses on sharing knowledge, providing preliminary project assessments, identifying challenges, and recommending practical solutions and methodologies.
Where formal feasibility studies, FEED, detailed engineering, specialist assessments, simulations, or other technical deliverables require dedicated professional man-hours and resources, these constitute separate professional assignments.
Project owners remain entirely free to engage NIG/FS-EC or any other qualified consultants of their choice to undertake such work. Our voluntary consultation carries no obligation or expectation of future engagement.
Our sole intention is to help others wherever our contributions may be useful.
We do not consider every professional contribution to be a commercial transaction. Sometimes, sharing knowledge, offering guidance, or helping someone understand a difficult situation can be meaningful in itself.
We respect the independence, judgment, and decisions of every project owner, initiator, and developer. Whether our assistance is accepted, utilized, or declined is entirely their decision.
There is no expectation of future engagement, business opportunity, or reciprocal benefit arising from our voluntary contribution.
